We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Orders & Acceptance

If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund or adjustment will be processed where applicable.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may result in delays or failed delivery.

7. Exchanges & Returns

COVRA® offers exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Exchanges may be offered instead of refunds depending on product availability.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible.
